From November 2003, to June 2004, Mr. Taylor served as Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer of Phantom Entertainment, Inc., and as Controller of its predecessor, Infinium Labs Operating Corporation. From June 1999 to November 2003, Mr. Taylor served as Controller at Wireless One Network, a cellular telephone operator in southwest Florida that was acquired by AT&T. From April 1998 to May 1999, Mr. Taylor served as Chief Financial Officer of Abaris Care, Inc., which operated 18 assisted living communities. |

How can you folks still refer to yourselves as “an industry-leading, global entertainment and interactive game company” when you haven’t launched a single product after being in business in one form or another since 2002.
